We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Senior Data Analyst, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £22.45 per Hour

Summary:

This key role supports the Council Housing (Homes) leadership team by managing the analysis, reporting, and improvement of housing asset data. The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of strategic insights that drive investment planning, repairs analysis, and compliance reporting, while also overseeing a small data analyst team and supporting digital innovation across the housing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the asset data analysis team including training, development, and performance management.
  • Manage the delivery of housing asset data analysis and reporting for service and business planning.
  • Oversee stock condition surveys, major works programmes, and related data input and reporting.
  • Act as technical advisor for asset strategy, data management systems, and statutory compliance reporting.
  • Monitor budget risks and performance indicators, supporting forecasting and investment planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, elected members, contractors, and third-party organisations.
  • Drive improvements through benchmarking, KPI monitoring, and decency standards compliance.

Qualification:

  • Level 6 qualification in a construction/property field (e.g. Architecture, Surveying, Asset Management), or Level 4 in ICT/Data Management with significant relevant experience.

Essentials:

  • Strong experience in housing asset management, performance reporting, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Revit, Cobie, 3D BIM models, and 2D CAD applications.
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety, Building Safety legislation, and housing compliance standards.
  • Experience managing budgets, setting team objectives, and presenting complex data to stakeholders.
