Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a product throughout its lifecycle, applying your technical knowledge and understanding of the product's details.

  • Contribute to defining the product vision and strategy, focusing on value, business outcome, and user experience.

  • Participate in product decisions, ensuring alignment with product strategy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Adopt a strategic view about the evolution of engineering needs, using your applied knowledge of the principles and concepts of the discipline.

  • Assist in developing and calibrating product metrics.

  • Support continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate them into solutions and product backlog.

  • Help create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and long-term sustainability.

  • Contribute to the adoption and retention of the product within the work group/project team.

  • Participate in release and support planning and execution.

  • Facilitate communication between delivery squads and customers under guidance.

  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing the product's total cost of ownership (TCO).

  • Begin to experiment with roles such as Feature Manager, Scientific Product Owner, and D&A Discovery Consultant, working predominantly with established procedures, technologies, and methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Digital SDLC processes.

  • Act as a Tech Writer to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in technical documentation.

Who You Are

You are ready if you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the following areas: Product Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Requirements Management.

  • Experience within AI and ML models as product analyst.

  • Strong skills in designing, creating, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences across applications.

  • Proven experience in guiding the design, development, and testing of new applications, platforms, systems, and workflows.

  • Ability to ensure alignment with business needs and deeply understand stakeholders and their needs.

  • Experience in owning a product through its entire lifecycle and setting the product vision, roadmaps, and strategy.

  • Proficiency in defining the guidelines for developing business cases for complex products, systems, and/or software.

  • Ability to assess alignment between requirements, solutions, and eventual outcomes.

  • Technical knowledge to operate in a digital environment and work closely with technical SMEs and technical job families, such as Information Architecture and Software Engineering.

  • Strong skills in ensuring value and user experience are measured and achieved.

  • Strong leadership skills including but not limited to strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business savviness. Proven track record in coaching and development, talent growth, and execution excellence.

  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Networking and partnerships should be a key strength.

  • Excellent communication and soft skills.

Education:

  • High School Diploma required.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$85,600.00 - $134,800.00
