Summary:

Thomson Reuters seeks a talented and driven Digital Product Manager with AI skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our digital search and personalization capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic goals.

About the Role:

  • Articulate and implement a forward-thinking strategy for digital search and personalization platforms, incorporating AI to enhance functionality and user experience.

  • Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements for search and personalization features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

  • Explore and implement opportunities to integrate AI and GenAI into digital search and personalization solutions, driving innovation and superior value for users.

  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality products.

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features that maximize business impact and align with strategic priorities.

  • Analyze platform metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in search and personalization capabilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

  • Design and execute A/B testing methodologies and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate hypotheses, measure feature effectiveness, and ensure data-driven product decisions before full-scale implementation.

  • Develop and optimize personalization algorithms to deliver tailored content and recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and context.

  • Ensure personalization strategies balance user relevancy with business objectives while maintaining privacy and compliance standards.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager, ideally focusing on digital platforms and AI technologies. Experience in digital search and personalization within e-commerce and customer service contexts is preferred.

  • Ability to advocate for and design user-centric search and personalization solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Proficient in using data analytics to inform product decisions and improve user experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  • Experience working in an agile scrum development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of search algorithms, recommendation systems, NLP, and ML models, with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of personalization best practices and how to implement effective recommendation engines that drive user engagement and business outcomes.
