The Corporate Structure Team strategizes, integrates, and provides data solutions and products to a portfolio of clients. These data solutions help our clients understand the global footprint of a company, aiding them in due diligence, risk assessment, compliance, supply chain management, and more. By offering a holistic perspective, the team enables clients to make informed decisions about investment opportunities and partnerships. The team provides structural and content support for the creation of products like GICRS™, BECRS™, Xpressfeed™, S&P Capital IQ Pro, and many other offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-scale complex data-driven projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Lead technology teams as a Product Owner, reviewing or defining user stories and requirements within our SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure features meet user and client expectations.
- Guide collaboration efforts between product owners, client support, and data management teams to maximize customer value.
- Direct the development of both tactical and strategic data solutions, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals requiring technical resources.
- Analyze vendor data and create an ingestion strategy for key strategic initiatives.
- Brainstorm and implement ideas to minimize operative inefficiencies tactically and strategically.
- Identify automation opportunities using Python, Machine Learning, or other data methodologies.
- Convert complex data into easy-to-understand information through data visualization.
- Ensure scalable, strategic, and universally applicable cross-reference data solutions are implemented.
- Standardize documentation for consistent technical support and comprehensive knowledge resources.
- Manage team communications for new capabilities, summarizing updates and sharing release information.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in Data Strategy, Management & Governance, preferably in a financial market data-intensive industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a track record of leading teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Sound knowledge of backend infrastructure (tables/pipelines/loaders, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in writing and developing SQL Queries.
- Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, API, Microservices is desirable.
- Concepts of Data Science and knowledge of Python are desirable.
- Experience in Data Mining, Analysis, and Visualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively across segments.
