Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.
The role requires strong technical expertise in Databricks, proficiency in English communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. Knowledge of Pentaho is a plus and will enhance the candidate’s ability to contribute to the team’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Databricks Support & Optimization:
o Administer, optimize, and develop solutions within the Databricks platform to support data processing and analytics for the HFMT system.
o Monitor and troubleshoot Databricks workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.
o Implement best practices for data pipeline development and optimization.
• Incident & Change Management:
o Provide Level 3 & 4 technical support for data-related incidents during working hours (09:00–18:00 GMT+7, Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnam public holidays).
o Support impact assessments, technical requirement elaboration, and testing for change requests related to data services.
o Collaborate with the client’s technical teams for triage calls and root cause analysis.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
o Work under the direct supervision of Hitachi Rail Limited (HRL) to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.
o Communicate effectively with global teams, providing clear updates on incidents, changes, and project progress.
o Submit detailed reports on ticket resolution and performance metrics as required.
• Additional Support:
o Support other client projects and initiatives as directed, leveraging data engineering skills.
o Contribute to the development of multi-skilled resources within the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with Databricks, including administration, optimization, and development.
o Proven experience with Python and Scala for data engineering tasks.
o Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark and Kafka.
o Knowledge of Pentaho (ETL and Data Integration) is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Databricks for data processing, pipeline development, and performance tuning.
o Strong understanding of Linux environments and SQL.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus).
o Ability to work with monitoring tools and perform root cause analysis.
• Communication Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and clients.
o Strong documentation skills for technical reports and incident summaries.
• Other Skills:
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under client management.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support additional tasks as needed.

Job Title: SAP WM/MM Consultant
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP WM/MM Consultant to join our team for an S/4HANA implementation and rollout project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and materials management, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage SAP WM/MM implementation and rollout projects from planning to execution.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP WM/MM solutions to meet those needs.
• Configure SAP WM/MM modules to align with business processes.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP WM/MM modules.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and test scripts.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP WM/MM and S/4HANA trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP WM/MM implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP WM/MM modules and S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP WM/MM implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification in WM/MM is a plus.
