We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Data Analyst to join our People team and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for delivering key people metrics, dashboards, and strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR analytics, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has strong expertise in HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage recurring and ad-hoc turnover, headcount, and workforce analytics reports for People Operations and executive stakeholders 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that help business leaders make informed decisions 
  • Provide C-level reporting and support people strategy conversations with data-driven insights 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, HR Business Partners, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems 
  • Analyze trends and patterns in workforce data to help forecast future talent needs and drive operational improvements 
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics tools, processes, and methodologies 
  • Leverage HR systems such as Dayforce to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex data sets 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (master’s degree a plus) 
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or workforce planning, preferably in a SaaS or tech company. 
  • Deep experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar). 
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, systems, and reporting best practices. 
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives and recommendations for executive audiences. 
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy 
  • Experience with Dayforce or other enterprise HCM systems
  • The selected candidate will be required to work in either EU or North American shift hours.
