Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona to work for Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to understand data needs and provide analytical support
  • Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large and complex data sets to support business operations (email campaign, SEA, SEO…).
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business insights.
  • Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize task mining tools to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation
  • Review and oversee tasks performed by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales, marketing or business analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale cloud data analysis frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to extract and translate business metrics and questions from data sets into well-documented and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
