Job Description

In this full-time, fixed-term role based in Pelaco, you will help execute Epworth’s Data Strategy. As part of the Group Projects and Change Team, you will report to the Group Director, Projects and Change, and work closely with the Strategy and CTO teams.

Your Impact:

• Drive the delivery of a data program across various domains such as platform, dashboards, and operating model.
• Maintain a strong governance structure to manage program constraints.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their feedback, needs, and limitations.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between this program and other programs.
• Leverage the expertise of BAU resources responsible for delivering the data strategy.

Success in This Role: You have managed successful data projects and can connect disparate projects into a cohesive program. You can influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements:

• Relevant project management qualifications.
• Relevant technology qualifications or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
