About the Role

We’re seeking a Medical Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in the adoption, growth, and strategic integration of Tandem’s solutions across healthcare settings in Denmark. This is a unique opportunity for a clinically grounded leader to sit at the intersection of operations, product, and customer success - driving forward our mission to transform how healthcare professionals work. 

As a senior member of our Medical Operations team, you'll lead deployments of Tandem’s AI medical assistant technology into clinical environments, ensuring that each implementation is not only successful but becomes a model for scalable excellence. You’ll work closely with our product, commercial, and clinical teams to evolve how we roll out, iterate, and embed Tandem in daily clinical practice. 

What You Will Do

• Lead the implementation and scaling of Tandem’s AI clinical assistant technology together with our partners, across healthcare sites in Denmark, ensuring excellence in execution and impact. 

• Own onboarding and training processes - coaching and mentoring clinicians to become power users and advocates for Tandem. 

• Drive strategy for product adoption by synthesising user feedback, identifying operational challenges, and shaping internal priorities. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate clinical insights into roadmap planning and delivery. 

• Build credibility within the clinical community by engaging key opinion leaders, speaking at industry events, and leading by example. 

• Mentor and support junior members of the Medical Operations team as we continue to grow. 

What You Bring

• Clinical background with significant operational or implementation experience  

• Proven ability to lead projects or teams in fast-paced, interdisciplinary settings. 

• Passion for digital health and a vision for how technology can enhance clinical care. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. 

• Comfort working both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic, startup environment. 

Bonus Points

• Experience in health-tech or leading change initiatives in healthcare. 

• A background in scaling operational systems or managing complex stakeholder networks. 

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-driven medical tools. 

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in either Denmark or Stockholm. While your primary focus will be on Denmark implementations, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Stockholm-based team.  Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and regular trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement.
