Sales Data Analytics Senior Analyst (Temporary)

Job Summary

The Service Business Analyst role will support the Vertiv Asia business to drive efficiency and profitable growth by coordinating and undertaking the preparation, consolidation and distribution of service analysis, forecasting and tracking reports. He or she will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of results and preparation of various service reports to support the service’ team planning, control and performance management processes. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update daily dashboards to monitor the progress of service revenue, operations and KPI’s of Asia Service
• Provide and maintain 13 Global Service KPI dashboards including the automation and enhancement as the business requires
• Manage the Qualtrics Survey process and results update monthly.
• Monitor and provide monthly results of the Service KPI’s to the business leaders
• Translate data and analysis into simplified presentations, effectively communicating findings to leaders of key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plans
• Work with cross-functional organizations within to drive alignment and collaboration through the execution of data-informed business strategies and performance
• Develop goals setting, tracking and performance measurement for the business.
• Challenge the organization by working on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
• Identify & implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Service / Business Operations and Service and Operations Teams productivity.
• Be the liaison between service / operations and finance and possibly other functions like IT
• Work with the wider finance and IT team to deliver improvements in management information of service reporting.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly report.
• Mentor and train junior members of the team.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a sales / business analyst role.
• Experience in the critical data infrastructure industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PBI, modelling and detailed analytics.
• Deep proficiency in analytic tools, and sales systems.
• Proficiency in query languages a plus e.g. SQL.
• Continuously improve and maintain business analytics skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Workflows C1, etc.
• Focus on customer and business needs.
• Create solutions that effectively address problems.
• Ability to combine long term and short-term goals by setting priorities.
• Works to deadlines, highly collaborative and adaptive.
• Ability to understand commercial challenges, derive insights from data & make recommendation.

Physical & Environmental Requirement:
To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.
