Your key responsibilities as a Salesforce Data Analyst will include:

• Updating and maintaining Salesforce data accurately and promptly.
• Performing regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborating with internal users to validate and enhance data accuracy.
• Responding to client queries with clarity and prioritisation.
• Generating and delivering project-related reports to support management decisions.
• Adhering to company security policies and data governance standards.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Salesforce Data Analyst:
• You must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• You will have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• You must be capable of working independently and suggesting process improvements
• You will need to consistently meet SLA standards for turnaround time and accuracy
