We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Master Data Engineer

to join Ponsse Group Digital Services&IT Team

Are you interested in shaping the future of forestry industry through data excellence?

In this role you will manage and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of enterprise master data. This role will play a critical part in optimizing data governance, supporting business processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with our IT teams and business users to define data standards and resolve data-related issues.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience and proven track record in Master Data Management or similar data management role.
• Proficiency in MDM tools, preferably Semarchy, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid English language skills, other language seen as benefit.

As a person, you are driven by enthusiasm of data and its potential to drive change. You enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to complex data problems. Your strong communication skills help you work well with different teams. With a sharp eye for detail, you ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data you handle
