About the role

As a Marketing Automation Data Analyst, you will be a key team member identifying, advising on and sourcing data to create relevant communications to engage with members. 

Your understanding of how data can effectively target, personalise and measure communications will lift our marketing performance, deliver on strategy and enable others.

Key responsibilities of the role cover data identification, mobilisation, quality and governance as it moves to our communications platforms.

Bring your strong data mindset to join our collaborative marketing team in building outstanding customer journeys as we scale our multichannel digital communications. 

About you:  

  • Strong background in handling data, understanding how it can be used in a marketing context to benefit customers

  • 7+ years of experience with data-driven marketing systems and tools, focusing on data migration and understanding implementation

  • Exceptional planning, organisation and attention to detail with multiple projects at once

  • Proficient in SQL, Python for data retrieval, transformation and analysis

  • Hands-on experience with leading Marketing Automation solutions such as Braze, Adobe, or similar desirable

  • Understanding of tools and methods used to store, maintain and integrate data across systems would be useful

  • Experience in creating reports in Braze, Power BI or similar would be useful

  • Business-related qualifications or ongoing learning that demonstrates expertise, curiosity, and a passion for growth

  • Work well in a team that enables and empowers each other to grow and serve our members
