Description
We are seeking a group of highly skilled, collaborative, and motivated individuals to work with our esteemed MIT Sloan faculty as full-time pre-doctoral research assistants at the MIT Sloan School of Management for a period of 1-2 years, during which you will have gained exposure to and training in a broad set of research approaches and methodologies useful for applying to graduate programs of your choice.

Qualifications
The ideal candidates will have completed or are on their way to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree, majoring in fields such as:
Computer Science
Economics (e.g. macroeconomics, microeconomics, financial economics, housing economics, consumer finance, banking)
Mathematics
Organizational Behavior
Psychology
Sociology
Statistics
The exact tasks/responsibilities will depend upon our faculty’s current research. We are seeking candidates who have a strong qualitative or quantitative background, who may have or wish to develop statistical/scientific programming experience (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, Stata), who are willing to help design and run experiments, collect, manage, and prepare data for analysis, write and edit research results, conduct interviews, create surveys, who have knowledge of web programming (HTML, Javascript), and who look forward to engaging in lively research discussions
