What You Will Get To Do:

• Create, update, and optimize knowledge base articles in our online help center to support product launches, feature enhancements, and emerging customer needs.

• Structure content with reuse and modularity in mind, aligning with internal style guides and UX standards.

• Use your expertise with AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate drafting, content transformation, and metadata enrichment, enhancing content quality, discoverability, and effectiveness.

• Partner with product managers, UX designers, trainers, and customer support to identify high-impact content opportunities and fill knowledge gaps.

• Align help center content with related assets such as product tours, in-app guidance, video tutorials, and training pathways.

• Track content performance through analytics and feedback loops, adjusting as needed to better serve users and scale support.

• Maintain awareness of localization needs and contribute to globalization-friendly content practices.

What You Will Bring:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in technical content development, ideally within a SaaS or product-led organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Information Design, or related field.

• Proven experience creating customer-facing content in a SaaS or tech environment.

• Expertise in authoring tools (e.g., Zendesk Guide, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar knowledge base platforms).

• Familiarity with content automation, AI-powered writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer.com), and prompt engineering best practices.

• Strong grasp of UX writing principles and the ability to present complex ideas simply and clearly.

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving product direction.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for helping users help themselves.

• Experience using analytics tools to evaluate content engagement and performance.
