The Impact:

This role is pivotal in driving the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities. By developing and implementing advanced data solutions, the Full Stack Data, Business Intelligence, and AI Specialist will enable business leaders to access timely and accurate insights, fostering strategic growth and innovation. The creation of AI-ready data and the delivery of data as a service will empower analysts and leaders to engage in informed conversations with key business data, enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Through collaboration and technical leadership, this role will contribute to the transformation of data into actionable intelligence, supporting the organization's global objectives and advancing its technological landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Design and implement robust data models and architectures to support business intelligence and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and AI solutions to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Establish and maintain code and artifact configuration controls to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all development activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven At least 15 years plus of experience in full stack software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems, including experience with data warehousing and data lake solutions.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI/MS Fabric, or similar platforms.
