Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analytics professional. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and analyzing potential risks associated with our organization's operations, products, and services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and uncover patterns, trends, and insights.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to business stakeholders.

• Interpret complex analytical findings and present them in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other communication channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing and Risk teams to define project requirements, establish priorities, and deliver insights and recommendations.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by adhering to data governance best practices, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in analytics and continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

• Support ad-hoc analytics requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics team.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: At least 1–2 years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles, ideally within a corporate setting such as financial institutions or a data consulting environment.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Python,SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Knowledge of data governance best practices, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and achieve results in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in work output.

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a continuously evolving field of analytics and data science
