We are looking for a Data Governance Officer to lead data governance for our Research, Innovation, and Development teams.
Within the Data & Analytics department, and reporting to the Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the data governance strategy, and for collaborating with teams of scientists, sensory experts, and product development professionals.
Main Responsibilities

Work with various stakeholders in the company to understand data governance needs and define a strategy to meet those needs.

Responsible for creating a data governance architecture that outlines the various processes, systems, and tools necessary for effective data management within the company.

Define standards and policies for the management, security, quality, and compliance of company data.

Collaborate closely with the company’s data teams, stakeholders, and domain experts to develop and implement effective data governance programs.

Monitor and measure the progress of data governance and work continuously to improve the company’s data governance programs and practices.

Implement tools/KPIs/dashboards to monitor data quality.

Promote the objectives of a Data-driven approach within the organization (vision, strategy, process, value):
- Contribute to developing a Data culture by raising awareness of the data's value as a major corporate asset among all business actors.
- Evangelize data exploitation within the Group.
Desired Profile
- With a degree at Bac+5/Engineer level, you are passionate about the Data world and have at least 3 years of initial experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI.
- Experience in using or implementing a Data Catalog tool.
- Professional rigor, method, and organization.
- Pragmatism and a sense of commitment.
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, good listening and dialogue capabilities, with a well-developed analytical mindset.
- Ability to research and propose relevant and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
