The Data Operations Associate will be a member of Wealthspire's Technology Team and will interact with other members of the Wealthspire Technology Team, as well as members of the Advice Teams, Investment Team, Client Operations Team, and Portfolio Management Team. The successful candidate will be the designated point person on the daily maintenance of Addepar and will work with all departments of Wealthspire to help build processes using this software solution.
Responsibilities:
- Configure Addepar according to the Firm's requirements, set up requisite databases, and establish API integrations with other business applications to ensure smooth operations
- Provide technical support and training to users, create user accounts, manage permissions, and maintain user documentation
- Maintain data integrity, scale processes, and lead the reporting process for LPs, Hedge Funds, PE Funds, and other firm-wide reporting across the Platform to increase efficiencies of Portfolio Management and Advice Teams
- Collaborate with advisors to build client reporting templates and solutions
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients into the Platform, maintain account sets, searches, views, templates, reports, and dashboards, and validate accuracy of client performance, capital flows, security, portfolio, transaction, and pricing data from custodians and other sources
- Create and present complex spreadsheets and models for decision making purposes in a clear and concise manner.
- Understand the Firm's business application workflow processes, effectively monitor and track tasks throughout the workflow lifecycle, and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
- Perform duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Addepar experience a plus
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js, and skilled in working with databases using SQL and ORM techniques to develop secure and efficient APIs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for data, its meaning, and manipulation
- Flexibility, good communication, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment
- Professional appearance and manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

The base salary range for this position is $77,000 – $91,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
