Job Title: AI Engineer – Insights Engine Invest Project
Experience: 5+ Years Only

Job Summary:
We are seeking two AI profiles for the Insights Engine Invest project. The ideal candidates will possess a strong proficiency in AI/ML, particularly in deep learning for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining generative AI applications, integrating backend systems, and ensuring the quality and performance of AI outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in deep learning techniques for Natural Language Processing (NLP) using frameworks such as BERT, GPT, or Transformer models.
• Apply basic understanding of computer vision techniques for image recognition and object detection.
• Conduct data engineering tasks, including data curation, cleaning, and pre-processing large-scale datasets for generative AI applications.
• Integrate backend systems with relevant APIs and libraries, such as Azure Open AI GPT models and Hugging Face Transformers, to enhance generative AI capabilities.
• Utilize vector databases and NoSQL databases like Elastic Search and Azure Cosmos DB to manage large-scale generative AI datasets and outputs.
• Familiarize with prompt engineering, including prompt templates for Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Context-based Question-Answering.
• Implement NLP concepts such as similarity search algorithms to retrieve relevant information for generative AI context input.
• Leverage Azure Cognitive Services or Azure ML Studio for AI solutions.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP tasks like Text Classification, Text Summarization, and Question-Answering.
• Utilize LLM-based frameworks within Python, such as LangChain.
• Proficiently program in Python, R, and other relevant frameworks.
• Apply knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
• Understand AI evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess the quality and relevance of generative AI outputs.
• Maintain awareness of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI applications.
• Develop and maintain services using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
• Build Generative AI applications, specifically focusing on Agentic flows, RAG, Agent framework, Azure AI Agent Service, and Semantic Kernel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML fields, particularly in NLP and CV.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and relevant frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good To Have Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
• Experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and scaling.
• Ability to create REST API endpoints for AI solutions using Python frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git for managing AI pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks for performance tracking.
