Department: Data & Analytics / Technology
Reports To: Head of Data Science / Director of Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.

• Build dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to frame problems and deliver solutions.

• Deploy models into production environments and monitor performance over time.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, AI, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a data science or similar role.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and modeling.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).

• Experience working with SQL and large datasets (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery).
