Finance Operations Data Specialist

You will contribute to all aspects of the group's delivery. You will maintain close business relationships with Finance leaders, Sites, WA, BU, and Support Services (including Finance SSC, CFS, Tax group, etc.), ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Analyze large data sets, develop Power BI dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to support business strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, and sales teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
• Track KPIs, ensure data integrity, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support key initiatives.
•  Lead projects to improve reporting efficiency and support critical metrics for European Leadership.
• Act as Product Owner for BI initiatives, aligning with global teams and demonstrating existing data solutions.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, system documentation, and business intelligence architecture.
• Support system migrations (e.g., Oracle), ensuring smooth transitions and consistent service across Europe.
• Champion process improvements and mentor team members to ensure knowledge transfer and standard methodologies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Higher education preferred, with strong business and project delivery experience in multi-BU European environments.
• Shown ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Solid grasp of Oracle ERP systems and related business processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to convey sophisticated concepts clearly.
• General finance knowledge across AR, AP, Purchasing, Collections, Risk, Invoicing, Project Accounting, Payments, GL, and Fixed Assets.
• Proficient in English at a professional business level.
• Technically proficient in Excel
• Good understanding of VBA, Power BI, Dataverse, SQL (MS & Oracle)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Familiarity with other data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• ERP platforms (Oracle, OIC, SAP).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience in the finance or commercial excellence domains.
