O2C Master Data Analyst

Job Description:

This individual contributor role handles the creation and management of customer master and other finance master data for Envista in Europe. The role will work for all opco’s to centralize and standardize input and maintenance of master data.

• Perform daily standard tasks for creation of customer master data

• Responsible for maintaining master data and making changes to existing master data

• Performs mass updates of master data

• Sets up and maintains European standards for master data in partnership with ERP IT support

• Part of project teams for system migration, upgrades, or new entity implementation for master data

• Ad hoc activities in support of maintaining master data for Envista

• Modify and maintain approved Payment terms and Credit limit within the master data

• Complete and maintain customer’s financial information in ERP system

• Maintains and develops the existing collection tool Trust It for changes to customers profile, collection categories

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years in similar master data focused role within a multinational shared service center

• Knowledge on ERP systems Oracle and SAP

• Bachelor or equivalent level education in business, finance, or IT related subject

• Fluent English, other language is a plus

• Advance Excel knowledge

• Self-motivated, proactive approach

• Experience with compliance and SOX is a plus
