Responsibilities:
- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering
- Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
- Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables
- May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience in a quantitative field
- Excellent analytical and practical problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L
- Experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization
- Working experience in Financial/Credit Card Industry
- Know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.) and methodologies (regression, CHAID, simulation, etc.)
- Big data and machine learning experiences are (R, Python etc.)
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

The Productivity Senior Analyst is a strategic professional in the Process Design and Re-Engineering team within Human Resources Partnership & Delivery (HRP&D) This Professional will conduct in depth analyses of HRP&D processes and deliver robust insights to prioritize change initiatives, and guide decision-making, planning and implementation as we look to simplify processes while driving efficiency and productivity. This is a seasoned professional role that requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. This role regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and deliver advanced analysis of the different HRP&D processes' impact and outcomes, and provide insights into efficiency and productivity
- Support the development and implementation of consistent methods and metrics to measure the efficiency of HRP&D processes and solutions, and proactively execute improvements as needed
- Develop measurement and tracking tools for the different HRP&D initiatives such as dashboards and detailed reports, facilitating data-based decisions
- Analyzes and provides insights into efficient and impactful processes
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SNOW process flows as well as agent view, reporting and dashboards modules
- Demonstrate extensive understanding of Workday Business Process and security role structures
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize HRP&D processes from data analysis
- Prioritizes change to address opportunities and areas of risk
- Deliver insights to guide change management, with employee experience at the forefront
- Enable productivity and efficiency in HR through insights and enhancements to HR tools and systems
- Continuously monitor and quantify ROI and impact to inform and advance our team’s work
- Partners closely with team members and key stakeholders to define a project scope and objectives for team members.
- Applies a proactive approach in routinely analyzing data to track change initiative progress against goals.
- Constantly improving their own and their teams' skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion.
- Generate a data driven culture, characterized by data accuracy and integrity
- Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience related to data analytics, process improvement, productivity and analytics
- Advanced English level
- Proficiency tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets
- Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly
- Data Visualization: Presenting findings through visualizations that make complex data understandable to stakeholders.
- Model Development: Building predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends based on historical data.
