チーム紹介/About the Hiring TeamLightspeed Tech Center は、PUBG モバイルを始めとする様々な高品質ゲームを手掛けた Lightspeed Studios の研究開発部門です。Tech Center は技術研究とイノベーションを牽引し、ゲーム作品にそのライフサイクルを通して、エンジン、音響、QA、AI、次世代技術、技術提携などのテクニカルサポートを提供しています。

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

仕事内容/What the Role Entails

Participate in design and coding around building a good AI platform for training and online service.

Contribute to integrating AI capabilities into the gaming business through ML Ops processes.

AIプラットフォームの設計・コーディングに参加し、トレーニングとオンラインサービスを提供する。

機械学習オペレーション（ML Ops）プロセスを通じて、ゲームビジネスにAI機能を統合する。

応募資格/Who We Look For

Major in computer science or a related field

Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, and ML experimentation.

Experience in Micro-services, Cloud Native Architecture and SQL/No-SQL Databases is a plus

An ability to write good code in your favorite programming language (experience with C++/Python/Go may be helpful)

Passionate about learning and applying new, relevant technologies

● コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の専攻であること。

● データ前処理、特徴量エンジニアリング、ML実験などの機械学習の基本的な理解があること。

● マイクロサービス、クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャ、SQL/No-SQLデータベースの経験があれば尚可。

● 好きなプログラミング言語で良いコードが書けること（C++/Python/Goの経験があれば尚可）。

● 新しい関連技術を学び、適用することに情熱を持っていること。

年収額：応相談（昇給/賞与あり）
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30　 休憩時間 60分
役職により裁量労働制あり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
病気休暇（有給）：12日/年（有給休暇とは別途付与）
