Innovation & Model Development Leader

Leading the Equifax Analytical Models team, evolving the three pillars that ensure positive evolution and business impact.

What you will do

Productive Capacity Management:

• Active management experience with analytical model development roadmaps, ensuring deadline adherence.
• Management and prioritization of planning and resource changes based on production metrics and business impact.
• Technical and analytical expert support for product design.
• Management of analytical production professional teams: data scientists and MLOps engineers.
• Coordination with other areas and stakeholders to ensure production objectives.

Mathematical Modeling:

• Development and deployment of analytical models within business use cases.
• Expert analytics reference and technical support for the deployment of developed models.
• Knowledge and application of best practices in analytical model development.
• Proficiency in traditional machine learning methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and identify patterns and insights, with a vision for impact on models and operational solutions.

Innovation:

• Capacity for researching new methodologies and their application and projection in the market.
• Definition of projects for applying new analytical solutions in business use cases.
• Ability to engage internationally to share knowledge and import new applications, best practices, methodologies, among others.
• Technical and operational definition of feasibility tests for new ideas and concepts.
