This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 6 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.

CW-Data Science Analyst V
Provides advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Performing advisory and supportive services regarding digital transformation issues to ensure organizational goals could be met leveraging digital technologies.
  • Participating in the digital transformation roadmap design and development; constructing frameworks, standards and guidelines.
  • Interviewing and gathering data and information on organizational business processes and business models; defining and developing detailed technical requirements based on data analyses.
  • Presenting and interpreting digital transformation solutions to management; collaborating to foster the implementation within organization.

We are looking to hire an experienced analytics CW who can help do deeper analysis for our business partners on CES, OSAT and the operational metrics for understand client health metrics for Participants and Sponsors. This role will pull data from Snowflake and other databases to link it to the data in our CX Management platform. They would use the linked data to identify root cause issues including operational information across our different business areas. The code and analytics would be saved and used as a repository for consistent and ongoing reporting. This information would then be synthesized to discuss with cross functional business partners around issues surfaced and go to green plans to ensure we are continuing to move our client health metrics in the upward direction. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect data from Snowflake and other internal sources to our XM Management platform for all client health transactions from our clients.
  • Create code to run ongoing analysis on the monthly data ensuring it is reusable and consistent.
  • Build causation models to determine magnitude of impact of operational data to key client health metrics.
  • Create monthly synthesized materials to meet with business leaders in cross functional business areas.
  • Run ad hoc queries on new experiences to understand attribution of changes to our client health metrics.

Required Skills

Technology experience with Snowflake, Python, SAS, etc.
Ability to summarize large data sets and present the business insights and actionability

Ability to use text analytics programs to analyze unstructured data

Experience analyzing market research data

Experience linking perceptions, operational and financial data

Experience running and interpreting regression, correlation and complex statistical analyses

Expert story telling and able to translate complex analysis to easy to consume action plans

Preferred

Financial industry experience

Market Research or consulting background

Expert in client health analysis and driver analysis

Expert in translating client health metrics to business outcomes

Base Pay Range: $69.09/hr - $96.49/hr
