Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Database Consultant to join our growing team. As a Cloud Database Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical support to our clients in designing, implementing, and managing their cloud database solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients leverage the power of cloud databases to optimize their performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.  

Responsibilities:  

  

• Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.  

• Design and architect cloud database solutions based on best practices and industry standards.  

• Implement and configure cloud databases on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, and Google Cloud SQL.  

• Provide technical guidance and support for migrating on-premises databases to the cloud.  

• Optimize cloud databases for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.  

• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring high availability and data integrity.  

• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud database solutions.  

• Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud database technologies, best practices, and industry trends.  

• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive cloud solutions.  

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients on cloud database concepts and technologies.  

Mandatory skill sets:  

  

Database migration  to Azure, AWS Document DB, Mongo DB, SQL Server Migration  

Preferred skill sets:  

  

Azure Database  Migration Service, Azure Data Factory  

Years of experience required:

Education qualification:  

  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
