The Amadeus Hexadata Platform is the central, cloud-based powerhouse for all data needs, processing an astounding 14 billion transactions per second and managing a massive 24 petabytes of data generated across Amadeus' extensive infrastructure and external systems. This platform provides a flexible "data-as-a-service" model, enabling seamless management in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments, and scaling effortlessly to meet evolving demands. Main Responsibilities

Common accountabilities

• Technical Expertise: Serve as a recognised technical expert, ensuring the team operates with a high level of proficiency.

• Business Understanding & Challenge Resolution: Understand how key business drivers impact your area of work. Identify and address complex challenges with broad organizational impact, propose practical improvements, and develop clear risk mitigation plans.

• Communication & Collaboration: Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Autonomy & Project Contribution: Work independently while collaborating with others as needed. Guide projects or make meaningful contributions to cross-functional initiatives.

Specific accountabilities

• Requirements Definition: Review and define clear and concise requirements for the development or enhancement of data pipelines.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, quality teams, and business stakeholders to develop and refine data pipeline features, MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) frameworks, and Agentic AI topics.

• Technical Design: Design scalable and reliable technical solutions and assess their feasibility.

• Solution Development: Propose well-reasoned technical solutions and validate them with stakeholders.

• Software Development: Develop reliable and maintainable software aligned with Amadeus standards, focusing on stability, monitoring, automation, and ease of use.
