Senior Cloud Infrastructure Developer - MLOps

Champion cloud infrastructure for our ML platform

As a senior infrastructure developer on the ML Platform team, you will define and implement cloud best practices within the MLOps team. The team supports ML developers and applied scientists in deploying, orchestrating and productionalizing ML models at scale. 

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement and maintain infrastructure as code, tooling, workflows and integrations that enable the efficient development of robust, scalable, and maintainable ML models.  

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Design and implement infrastructure as code for ML tooling and applications, ensuring it meets the requirements for scalability, reliability, costs and performance.
• Advise ML developers and ML scientists across the ML unit and provide expert guidance on cloud best practices.
• Provide end-to-end ML tooling to support the entire ML development lifecycle from data exploration to production deployment tooling, including automated testing and monitoring.
• Evaluate and integrate latest industry ML tools and technologies to provide a best-in-class ML development experience to our team of applied scientists

Here is what will qualify you for the role: 

• 5+ years of experience as a cloud developer.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS, DevOps practices and Infrastructure as code.
• Exceptional resourcefulness and growth mindset.

Here is what will make you stand out:

• Previously worked as a DevOps, MLOps or similar role
• You have acquired MLOps experience hosting models at scale by previously building tooling to facilitate data exploration and experimentation, as well as automating and orchestrating complex and efficient training pipelines
• Experience building ML infrastructure or ML tooling used by applied science teams
