Job DescriptionAre you a problem solver who thrives on coordinating projects and people? Join our team! In this role, you'll manage and oversee complex studies, build strong relationships with diverse teams, and demonstrate your ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively. You will be responsible for the execution of customized projects (cross-country/cross-category/major clients) and ensuring support for offshore teams and analysts. You will also implement and develop new tools and initiatives driven by commercial teams and showcase your decision-making skills, working closely with the team manager.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and complex, customized studies.
  • Guide the modeling execution team, managing their workload and providing end-to-end support throughout modeling implementation.
  • Share methodological expertise across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Supervise the work of new team members. Onboard new hires and develop training materials as needed.
  • Coordinate requirements for the development and enhancement of modeling systems.
  • Develop testing frameworks, design, and implement quality assurance procedures.
  • Collaborate on new and updated client-facing products and present them to internal teams.
  • Support the Manager with project allocation. Partner with the Manager on team-building activities. Serve as a backup administrator, ensuring business continuity (BAU).
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making, resolve issues with a client-centric approach, and integrate insights from other Nielsen practice areas and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Programming skills in Python.
  • Fluent English.
