What You’ll Do
This role will be pivotal in driving the automation of marketing and sales processes by leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, Automation, Webhooks, APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation tools, no/low code, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound process automation and a deep understanding of modern Go-To-Market frameworks, including but not limited to prospecting automation, outbound sequencing, and automating repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Process Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop intelligent solutions that drive better decision-making and customer engagement.
• Technology Management: Oversee the integration and utilization of tools including but not limited to CRM, SEP, MAP, Data segregation/aggregation, Waterfall enrichment, Trigger Monitoring, Buying intent, Lead routing, Task automation, etc.
• Inside Sales Support: Assist sellers and leaders in understanding best practices with knowledge exchange sessions and in measuring the utilization of available resources and frameworks.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, assist in the development of data-driven strategies, and inform stakeholders of trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align global go-to-market strategy and ensure cohesive execution. Key functions to collaborate with include inside sales, partners and alliances, marketing operations, sales operations, and sales enablement.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on new frameworks, industry trends, and competitive strategies, and incorporate these findings where possible. Network with key GTM leaders across the industry and attend GTM conferences/workshops/events.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in GTM functions (sales, channels, marketing, operations, enablement), or a related role within the technology sector.
• Certifications: Clay MarketingOps (Hubspot, Marketo, etc), AI (Azure, AWS, etc), Digital (Google, Meta, etc), CRM (Salesforce, D365, etc), and Reporting (PowerBI, Tableau, etc).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with GTM tools (Clay, Inflection, etc.), no/low code tools (PowerApps, Zapier, etc.), and reporting tools (Power BI, Salesforce reports, etc).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
• Education: MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Experience in a similar role in a technology company.
