About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Audio Signal Processing Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing audio algorithms such as noise cancellation, automatic gain control, and echo suppression. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in audio DSP, proficiency in C, Java, and Python, and experience working with cloud technologies to deliver scalable and real-time audio solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimise audio processing algorithms (e.g., ANC, AGC, AEC).
Implement real-time audio processing modules in C, Java, and Python.
Integrate DSP algorithms into cloud-based and embedded systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless audio performance in products.
Analyse, test, and improve the quality and efficiency of audio pipelines.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audio technologies and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in audio signal processing.
Deep understanding of DSP concepts and algorithms relevant to audio.
Proficiency in C, Java, and Python for algorithm development and integration.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying audio solutions on them.
Familiarity with real-time and low-latency audio processing systems.
Good to Have:
Experience with audio frameworks like PortAudio, JUCE, or WebRTC.
Knowledge of machine learning applications in audio.
Contributions to open-source audio projects or publications in the field.
