Aptar is seeking a Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist, based in its Aptar Chieti site or remotely.
The Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist supports, as a global system administrator, the Human Capital Management domain, being responsible for HR data integrity and governance, supporting the HR Master Data and Organizational Management data validation process and HR KPI reporting. Moreover, he/she works on HR projects and system enhancements, mainly in SuccessFactors and its connected satellite systems, interacting with the function leaders from the design phase to the realization. He/she contributes in all HCM process implementation and administration activities and regularly interacts with global HR representatives and Aptar’s business community.

 

As Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist, you will:

  • SuccessFactors process administration, updates, and governance of information related to the global Aptar organization.
  • Support, in coordination with the site, country, region, and global HRs, any organizational changes in the system to ensure data consistency and the integration with other systems and workflows.
  • Responsible for mass data change in SuccessFactors system
  • HR process implementation and support. Provides feedback to his/her manager about implementation results.
  • Support and testing for a broad range of HR projects.
  • Checks that the HR guidelines, policies, and procedures are properly followed and applied.
  • Support analytics and reporting, and the issuing of periodic HR KPI reports.
  • Influence Aptar’s data-driven culture by delivering training and sharing knowledge on reporting, leveraging the reporting capabilities of the SuccessFactors suite.
  • Communication, change management, and training.
  • Contribution to process improvement, tool implementations, and simplification initiatives.
  • Contribution to process mapping and process documentation, including versioning.
  • Support his/her team in the management of technical/functional communication within the HR Admin Community.
  • Responsible for HR process management under the technical point of view: Objectives and Performance Appraisal, On boarding, Entretien Professionel, Calibration and Succession Planning, Salary Review. 
  • Conduct HR data audits to ensure data accuracy/consistency in HR systems
  • Facilitates implementation of training for HR Analytics upskilling and HRIS adoption
  • Contributes Aptar’s data-driven culture by delivering training and sharing knowledge on reporting, leveraging the reporting capabilities of the SuccessFactors suite.

 

 

Job Location
The position can be based in Aptar Chieti or work can be performed remotely.

 

Education
Degree in Economics, in Social Science, in Human Resources or in Information technology.

 

Required skills

  • Experience in SuccessFactors system configuration and maintenance is required.
  • Team working experience.
  • Experience of working both independently and in a service-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in Project management activities.
  • Successful track record in managing cross-country projects.
  • Excellent English language knowledge (additional languages are considered a plus).
  • Deep Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to be persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from various sources, including upper management and other departments within and outside the Human Resources organization.

 

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

 

Travel requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
