This position reports to the Director, Compensation and Benefits and will work in Chicago, IL or Elkhart, IN.
About the position
As a Human Resource Data and Reporting Analyst in the Human Resource team, you will be involved in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for HR analytics, workforce reporting, and data visualization, ensuring the HR team leverages data to drive insights, collaborating with key contacts to provide data analytics and reporting.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and reporting frameworks.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for strategic reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Present data findings and strategic insights to management team.
- Ensures data consistency and accuracy across multiple reporting platforms and execute controls to confirm.
- Support data integration from various sources to enhance reporting capabilities and analytics.
- Create reporting SOPs and requirements.
- Support global and local KPI reporting.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within data analytics and Human Resources – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Solid experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS administration
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Advanced Data Analysis: Expertise in statistical analysis and advanced data interpretation.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
- Data Visualization: Strong skills in creating impactful visual representation of data.
- Database Management: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with data querying.
- Project Management: Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Quality Control: Possess strong skills to ensure accuracy and reliability of all data reporting and processes.
- Process Improvement: Experience with successfully identifying and improving areas for optimization with data processes.
- Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- APIs and Integration: Familiarity with API management and data integration techniques to enhance reporting, data flow, and analytics capabilities.
