Talent & HR Data Analyst

We're looking for a dynamic Talent & HR Data Analyst who blends deep recruitment knowledge with data fluency. In this role, you'll play a key part in streamlining hiring strategies, building insightful HR dashboards, and optimizing our HRIS, ATS, and reporting processes.

️ What You'll Do

• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles

• Design and generate HR reports & dashboards (headcount, hiring funnel, etc.)

• Analyze talent data to derive actionable insights for decision-making

• Maintain and enhance HRMS/HRIS systems.

• Manage ATS workflows, helping us improve speed and quality of hires

• Collaborate with senior HR leadership on strategic people initiatives

• Ensure data integrity and compliance in all HR platforms

What Were Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR analytics

• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or other analytics tools

• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a love for numbers

• A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Worked in a consulting, executive search, or fast-paced HR environment

• Experience in process automation or workflow optimization

• A degree in HR, Business, or a data/analytics-related field
