We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Data Science Engineer to join our new Machine Learning division. You’ll work directly with clients, providing ad hoc analysis and actionable insights to support loan management use cases such as fraud detection and identifying delinquent customers in the banking sector.

This is you

• You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in production ML projects (as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist)
• You have 5+ years of overall experience in software development
• You’re fluent in Python, with strong knowledge of libraries like PyTorch, NumPy, pandas/Polars, spaCy/NLTK, scikit-learn, seaborn, and matplotlib
• You understand the full ML workflow: data preparation, regression techniques, decision trees, random forests, feature selection, and pipeline automation
• You’re experienced in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
• You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and an excellent problem-solver
• You have strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

• Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and explore large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Model Development: Build and deploy predictive models and algorithms to address complex business challenges across various ML domains
• Stakeholder Communication: Present insights clearly to stakeholders, collect feedback, and align on future enhancements and priorities
• Insight Generation: Transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
