In this role, you will:

We’re hiring a Gen AI Engineer to prototype, optimise and integrate LLM-powered Agentic AI solutions for sales, marketing and supply-chain cases. You’ll deliver assistants and tools that plan, reason, access tools and execute tasks—using Azure AI Foundry and modern orchestration frameworks. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build intelligent systems where LLM-driven agents plan, reason and achieve complex business tasks. 

• Implement agentic flows with LangChain Agents, LangGraph, Autogen or CrewAI. 

• Develop RAG & embedding pipelines using Azure AI Foundry and vector search (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate). 

• Contribute to solutions in summarisation, personalisation, content automation and decision support. 

• Ensure logging, evaluation, fine-tuning, versioning and Responsible AI practices. 

• Collaborate with data, product and engineering peers to embed AI into workflows.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Python • FastAPI • REST APIs • Prompt engineering • Retrieval-Augmentation 

• Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services • OpenAI & Hugging Face APIs 

• Agent orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI) 

• Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate) 

• Experiment tracking & evaluation tools (Weights & Biases, Prompt Flow) 

Soft Skills: Fast learner & highly adaptive • Strong analytical mindset • Team-oriented communicator • Comfortable with ambiguity • Detail-driven documentation • Passion for autonomous AI assistants 

 Education: Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. 

 Experience: 5+ years in Gen AI, AI model development, with a focus on generative models.
