Automation and AI Engineer

In this role, you'll support teams across the business with smart, scalable, and impactful solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment where curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration are key.

• Design, build, and maintain automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools where applicable, balancing custom development with strategic use of external technologies.
• Ensure all solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value through clear KPIs.
• Continuously explore new technologies and industry trends to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture, participating in peer reviews and cross-team learning.

Who you are
We belive that you have:

• A strong foundation in automation tools, scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell), and AI frameworks or platforms.
• Experience working with data and analytical tools to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills — you enjoy working with others in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives with a focus on impact and value delivery.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Exposure AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
• Understanding of business process mapping and optimization techniques.
