We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Junior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven initiatives, reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is methodical, programmatic in approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work in a structured, programmatic manner to ensure consistent delivery and follow-through on projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Applications, Technology, Consulting) to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis and insight generation.
- Manage tasks with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and programmatic approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or supporting enterprise programs.
- Exposure to KPIs, operational reporting, or project tracking tools.
