CSS SaaS Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Junior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven initiatives, reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is methodical, programmatic in approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work in a structured, programmatic manner to ensure consistent delivery and follow-through on projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Applications, Technology, Consulting) to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis and insight generation.
• Manage tasks with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Methodical and programmatic approach to tasks and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams or supporting enterprise programs.
• Exposure to KPIs, operational reporting, or project tracking tools.
