🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Study and transform data science prototypes into scalable applications
• Design and build machine learning systems for real-time predictions and personalization
• Select appropriate datasets and representation methods based on business requirements
• Research, implement, and fine-tune suitable algorithms and tools
• Develop predictive models to support areas such as:
• Churn prediction
• Customer segmentation (RFM, behavioral clustering)
• Bonus/campaign optimization
• LTV forecasting
• Fraud & risk detection
• Run experiments and A/B tests to validate model performance and campaign impact
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decisions
• Train, monitor, and retrain models as data evolves
• Help translate findings into new business models and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate models into production workflows

✅ Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the gaming, betting, or e-commerce space
• Solid experience with Python or R for machine learning and data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design
• Practical experience with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control (Git), Jupyter, and model lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills — ability to turn data into stories for business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense)
• Exposure to real-time event data from gaming/betting environments
• Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
