To help us with this mission, we're seeking an exceptional Business Analyst in Singapore to tackle real-world data challenges.

As a Business Analyst at Decathlon SG, you will be working closely with regional and local business stakeholders across multiple business verticals to deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions. You will be part of a full stack data team in APAC consisting of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers while being embedded within a larger international network of 300+ data practitioners.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Define, challenge, and frame high impact business problems and translate them into data solutions
• Drive the end to end execution of small to large data analysis projects, from problem definition, to technical execution and presentation.
• Design and implement data solutions, including automated tools and interactive dashboards
• Be an ambassador of data within the company and actively contribute to the global Decathlon Data Community

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science & Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related fields
• Demonstrated experience delivering data analytics solutions with clear, measurable business impact
• Advanced dashboarding, visualization, and story telling skills 
• Intermediate Python and SQL skills - you are able to write modular, well documented and scalable codes
• Strong communication and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Relentless business focus and drive for impact

Nice to have:

• Experience in Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience in Geospatial Analytics and related tools (e.g. ArcGIS)
• Experience with cloud data platforms and services (e.g. Databricks, AWS)
• Experience in Data Modelling & Analytics Engineering (e.g. DBT)
• Experience in Web & Digital Analytics (e.g. Amplitude, Salesforce)
• Experience in DevOps tools like Git, Github Actions, and Airflow
