Our projects are international and interdisciplinary. Therefore, you work closely with various departments worldwide and with our Controlling department, develop concepts and solution approaches, and contribute to strategic decisions.

  • Work on exciting international and interdisciplinary Finance and Controlling projects
  • Support the transformation of our IT application landscape from a monolith to microservice architecture, the introduction of SAP S/4HANA, and a modern Data Lakehouse
  • Develop and support innovative solutions on one of our FP&A platforms:
  • Planning & Reporting with Board, Power BI, and QlikSense
  • BI & Analytics with a modern Data Lakehouse environment using a variety of state-of-the-art tools like Databricks, Alteryx, or QlikSense
  • Manage the agile development and deployment of Finance and Controlling-based IT products
  • Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new systems/applications
  • Optimize and standardize system and business processes
  • Support the transformation of existing concepts and approaches
  • Create guidelines and ensure compliance
  • Monitor and ensure data and system integrity in close cooperation with IT
  • Support our global organization with system and process inquiries and conduct training sessions
  • Degree in IT or economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent qualification
  • Basic understanding of Finance and Controlling in an IT application context
  • Experience in (agile) project work, ideally in IT or Controlling-related topics
  • BI/Analytics skills, especially:
    •  Experience in data modeling and analysis with a focus on BI applications, preferably in Finance or Controlling
    • Advanced skills in BI and ETL tools, e.g., QlikSense, Tableau, MS Power BI, Databricks, Alteryx, or similar
    • Programming skills, e.g., SQL, R, Python or similar
    • Experience in Data Science with a focus on machine learning techniques (particularly forecasting and classification) is a plus
  • Strong affinity for numbers, data, and IT combined with excellent analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
  • Quick comprehension and structured approach to complex problems
  • Practical experience in preparing information and creating presentations
  • Excellent practical English skills, both spoken and written
