As a Business Intelligence Developer at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a key role in supporting data and technology initiatives across our Global Occupier Services team.Job Description
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing data flows, maintaining system integrations, and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- This role also includes supporting FAMIS360 administration, onboarding/offboarding users, and ensuring data quality and accessibility across systems.
- You will work closely with the Systems & Analytics Lead and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
- Your work will directly contribute to improving the customer journey and workplace experience across the account.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI).
- Experience in property and facilities management is advantageous.
- Skilled in business process and data analysis, with a focus on data integrity and exception management.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
