The Data Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across various systems. This role involves developing and implementing data quality standards, conducting data audits, providing first-level support for end users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.

This position reports to the IT Analytics Manager and is based out of our San Diego, Irvine, Bozeman, or Hyde Park offices.  

As the Data Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:

• Help in the development of data quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Monitor data quality metrics and report findings to management.
• Design and execute test plans to validate data integrity.
• Document data quality processes and maintain comprehensive records.
• Provide training and support to staff on data quality best practices.
• Offer first-level support to end users, addressing data-related queries and issues promptly.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years Data Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBi).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management principles.

You Might Have:

• Experience with multiple data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Certification in data quality or related areas.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
