A Day in the LifeAn opportunity for a Data Analyst has opened on the Service Engagement team in Global Robotics Service & Support (GRSS) . In this exciting role as a Data Analyst you will have the responsibility to partner closely with the Service, Marketing, R&D and Commercial organizations and deliver insights that help define strategy, facilitate speed and accuracy of decision-making, and ultimately make a positive impact on the business.The ideal candidate will excel in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that directly impact the service experience. This role involves not only querying and manipulating data but also interpreting it, visualizing it in meaningful ways, and deriving insights to inform business decisions.
You will be responsible for creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations as well as to communicate findings to key stakeholders, both internally and externally at international customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions as well as identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Lastly, this role will provide support on program management, identifying key performance indicators for service and ensuring the budget supports the ongoing efforts of GRSS.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business to build strong business partnerships across a complex matrix organization
Translate business requirements into insightful analytics
Provides analytics training and direction to stakeholders
Assist in the tracking and management of the GRSS budget
Conduct Voice-of-Customer work in international environments with up to C-Suite customers
Manages projects efficiently and delivers on all requirements on-time
Other duties as assigned/requested by management
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in data analysis OR an advanced degree with 0+ years of experience in data analysis
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field with 2+ years of medical device data analysis experience
- Medical devices industry experience with experience interacting with customers directly
- Experienced with integrating and querying multiple data sets and creating structured data tables
- Experience managing a large scale budget
- Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to details and commitment to quality
