The Crown Is Yours

As a Finance Data Reporting Lead, you will join a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of our financial data. You will take charge of analyzing complex datasets using SQL and collaborate closely with the Finance and Data Engineering teams to identify and address data inaccuracies. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our process optimization and technological advancements, ensuring our customer experience remains exceptional. You’ll develop financial dashboards, support change management, and uphold data integrity across our organization.

What you’ll do as a Finance Data Reporting Lead

  • Support the Finance organization through the development and maintenance of financial dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.

  • Support and maintain data related to revenue sharing agreements.

  • Design how data flows into reports when new features or products are launched.

  • Partner with our Data Engineering and Analytics organizations to identify and understand Finance metrics and KPIs, and to build best-in-class financial reporting.

  • Maintain and support player and state tax information through the analysis of large, complex datasets.

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and report generation to support various business initiatives for our Finance department.

  • Generate reporting related to state and company audits

  • Support change management through the documentation of clear business requirements and act as the liaison between Finance, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.

  • Create reporting to support cash management within the organization.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in Data Analytics or Engineering with a Financial Reporting focus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Expertise in SQL and Snowflake (or similar relational database management system) is required; experience with a BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.

  • Experience managing data pipelines and ETL processes tailored to financial data

  • Experience with python or similar programming languages

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP tools is preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of financial concepts and reporting standards.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.

  • Well-organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 112,200.00 USD - 140,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
