How you will create impact:
The GenAI Product Reporting Lead is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive reporting frameworks that measure the performance and impact of our GenAI solutions across the enterprise. This position sits at the intersection of data analytics, business intelligence, and technology, providing critical insights that drive strategic decision-making as we scale our solution capabilities. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to establish standardized KPIs that measure GenAI performance, adoption, and business impact. The individual will be responsible for building automated reporting systems, creating executive dashboards, and identifying optimization opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with expertise in visualization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Establish standardized metrics and KPIs that effectively measure GAI performance, adoption, and business impact
- Build scalable, automated reporting systems capable of handling increasing volumes of data as our GAI implementation expands
- Create executive-level dashboards and visualization tools that communicate complex performance data in an accessible manner
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications and reports
- Ensure data quality, integrity across all reporting systems
- Identify opportunities for reporting optimization and automation to improve efficiency
- Stay current with emerging best practices in AI measurement and analytics
What is needed to be successful:
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-scale reporting solutions
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with SQL and database management systems
- Knowledge of best practices in KPI development and performance measurement
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and presenting data-driven finding
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
