What is this position about?  

We are seeking a motivated and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive business value across various functions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, primarily leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services, and collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.

Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI models and intelligent applications using tools and frameworks in the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into products and services.
• Develop data pipelines and preprocess data for model training and inference.
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain AI models in production environments.
• Contribute to POCs and prototyping efforts involving GenAI models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or NLP frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Machine Learning and related services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, or tools like Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or GPT-based APIs. 
• Experience deploying models to cloud-based environments (e.g., AKS, Azure Functions).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with data engineering tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

• We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
