Position Summary:
Serve as the technical lead and strategic enabler within the AI & Innovation Partnerships team, reporting into the Global Director of AI & Innovation Partnerships and working in close alignment with the Global Director for HPE.- Lead internal execution of the HPE AI Zenith Program, including solution readiness, content development, and enablement alignment
- Drive monthly AI community calls with country-level teams (e.g., HPE-aligned markets) to deliver roadmap updates, readiness guidance, and feedback loops
- Lead the development and deployment of Growth Tracks for HPE within the Enable AI Program, ensuring technical depth and business relevance
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for AI-focused vendor engagements, incl. but not limited to HPE and Nvidia.
- Co-own and support the execution of the Nvidia OEM strategy, working with partners like HPE to deliver scalable, partner-ready solutions
- Architect scalable AI solutions and use cases tailored for SMB and mid-market with an emphasis on real-world application
- Design and deliver train-the-trainer enablement programs, including reusable technical and sales enablement assets and structured training plans
- Coach and support country-level sales and pre-sales resources to drive field enablement and consistency in execution across global markets
- Engage with vendor-side architects and product leads to stay aligned on roadmap developments, certifications, and best practices
- Drive technical alignment with Ingram Micro’s Services organization to ensure solution readiness, support capabilities, and delivery feasibility
- Contribute to the productization of AI use cases and solution plays, identifying repeatable architectures, integration assets, and business value narratives
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution design, pre-sales architecture, or partner enablement, ideally in cloud, infrastructure, or AI
- Proven experience supporting or designing AI infrastructure solutions (e.g., GenAI, ML Ops, inference/training hardware)
- Familiarity with vendor GTM programs, partner communities, or ecosystem solution selling.
- Preferred skills
- Deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, data center architectures, and hybrid AI deployment models
- Technical certifications across vendors such as HPE and Nvidia preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for both business and technical audiences
- Proven experience in building and delivering enablement materials, including training, playbooks, and solution guides
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment with matrixed reporting and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with AI/ML solution lifecycle (data prep, model deployment, inferencing) and collaborating with OEM and ISV partners in multi-party architectures.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
